Equal Rights Charter
To build a stronger, healthier, and fairer future for our family, we support these principles:
Equal Rights: All adult family members, defined as any member 18 years old or up, have equal rights as described by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and shall treat each other with equal respect regardless of age or family role.
Right to Accountable Leadership: All authority is derived from consent. Any leader may be removed by a majority vote at any time and for any reason, as long as a replacement leader is elected in the same vote.
Right to Resist: All adult family members have the right to resist any person seeking to destroy the free democratic order if there is no other option possible.
Right to Withdraw: All adult family members have the right to withdraw from any interaction at any time and for any reason. This decision must be respected immediately and without argument.
Permanent Rights: These rights are permanent and can never be suspended.
